About
Built from the operating side
I came to implementation and advisory work from operations. That changes what I look for—and what I consider finished.

I’ve been accountable when the work had to keep running
For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in live service environments where a workflow either works under real conditions or it doesn’t.
That has included a $15M+ portfolio across 12–14 facilities, dining operations in a 1,500-resident retirement community, regulated healthcare environments, and directing system rollouts through a ~$33M campus modernization.
I’ve led large teams, kept operations ready for CMS surveys, and designed training programs that onboarded 2,000+ users annually.
I was the customer on the other side of the go-live
I know what happens when the implementation plan meets a busy shift, an unclear handoff, or a manager who’s already stretched thin.
Over time, the most useful part of my work became clear: find why the operation is underperforming, redesign the work around reality, and get people and technology working together.
Now I bring that experience independently
I work across implementation, operational improvement, and advisory engagements. I help operating leaders and the technology teams delivering into their environments.
Healthcare and SaaS implementation are among the deepest parts of my experience. They’re proof of the discipline, not its boundary.
I also work with process-heavy service environments where handoffs, adoption, and consistent execution matter.
Day 31 is the real test. Once the implementation team steps back, ownership, adoption, and exception handling still have to hold.
Let’s talk about what you’re seeing
If I can materially improve it, I’ll tell you how. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too.
